Government Workforce Network LLC is a strategic workforce consulting and development organization focused on building income, opportunity, and well-being in a rapidly evolving, AI-driven world.
Traditional workforce organizations follow the same legacy playbook. We chose not to. GWN was built from the ground up with a different model — one that centers real people, lived experience, and community over credentials and corporate pipelines.
Government Workforce Network LLC was established in September 2025. In January 2026, we began building in earnest — and the momentum has been immediate.
In just a few months, we have engaged 20+ universities across the country, launched Talent Connect, built Workforce TV, developed a portfolio of 12 consulting services, and created active pathways for veterans, students, career changers, and underrepresented communities.
We are not years into a legacy system. We are months into something intentionally different — and the results of that intention are already showing up in real partnerships, real conversations, and real opportunity for real people.
Government Workforce Network LLC operates through a simple, human-centered model designed to expand access without adding complexity.
1. Access Without Barriers
2. Skill Translation & Clarity
3. Empowered User Control
4. Connection to Opportunity
5. Institutional Engagement Without Disruption
Why I Built Something Different.
After 20+ years working inside HR and recruitment systems, I saw firsthand how those systems were leaving people behind and how AI was about to make it worse. I built Government Workforce Network because I believe workforce development needs a completely different model. One that centers real people, lived experience, and community, not just credentials and corporate pipelines.
Traditional workforce organizations follow the same legacy playbook. I chose not to. Every decision we make, from how we structure our team to how we engage with universities and communities, is intentional, human-centered, and built for the world we’re actually living in, not the one we inherited. We’re early. We’re building. And we’re doing it differently because differently is exactly what this moment requires.
