Users agree to provide accurate information and utilize services lawfully, ethically, professionally, and respectfully.
Government Workforce Network LLC reserves the right to suspend or restrict participation when conduct is disruptive, unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of a service or program.
Certain programs, registrations, reservations, services, sponsorships, and consulting engagements require payment.
By submitting payment, users agree to the pricing, service descriptions, event details, and applicable policies in effect at the time of purchase.

Career Connection Festival registrations, networking events, Workforce TV events, workshops, and virtual events are generally non-refundable.
Reserved EventDeck and Virtual Lounge sessions are generally non-refundable once confirmed.
Rescheduling requests may be considered based upon availability.
Consulting fees become non-refundable once services, consultations, planning activities, research, development work, or deliverables have commenced.
Deposits, development fees, and completed digital services are non-refundable once work has begun.
Government Workforce Network LLC may review special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Approval of exceptions remains at the sole discretion of Government Workforce Network LLC.
