A New Approach to Leadership

Government Workforce Network LLC is committed to developing a new generation of workforce leaders by creating opportunities for individuals—especially students and emerging professionals—to contribute, grow, and support one another.

In many traditional systems, leadership can feel distant and difficult to access. This model takes a different approach—one that is more compassionate, relatable, inclusive, and grounded in shared experience. Time Commitment: Approximately 6 hours per month

This is a voluntary, non-paid contributor opportunity open to students, professionals, veterans, retirees, and individuals interested in supporting workforce innovation and community-driven initiatives.

This experience is designed for individuals seeking exposure to workforce development, leadership collaboration, and real-world insight. Participation is flexible and intended to support personal and professional growth through learning, idea-sharing, and community engagement.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with little to no prior experience who are interested in gaining practical knowledge, strengthening professional skills, and participating in a collaborative environment.

Participants contribute ideas, perspectives, and insights that support Government Workforce Network LLC’s mission of building income, opportunity, and well-being.

We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, including individuals with disabilities, and are committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible environment.

Important Information

Members of the Workforce Intelligence Team participate as volunteer contributors. This is a non-paid, voluntary experience.

Participants are not employees, contractors, or interns of Government Workforce Network LLC and are not eligible for wages, benefits, or compensation.

This experience is designed solely for learning, collaboration, and community engagement. Participation is flexible, and there are no required employment obligations.

This role is non-operational and does not involve formal decision-making authority, management responsibilities, or employment-based duties within the organization.

This opportunity is not intended to replace paid positions or serve as an internship program.

Participation is entirely voluntary and may be discontinued at any time by the participant or the organization.
