About

What is the Workforce Intelligence Team?

The Workforce Intelligence Team is Government Workforce Network's collaborative contributor community. Contributors share professional experience, diverse perspectives, and practical insight to help strengthen our programs, partnerships, research, and workforce innovation.

Rather than serving as a traditional advisory board, contributors help ensure our work reflects real workforce needs—not assumptions.

Why Workforce Intelligence?

AI learns from data. Workforce Intelligence learns from people.

Data reveals patterns. People provide context, judgment, professional experience, and lived perspective. By combining both, the Workforce Intelligence Team helps shape workforce innovation that is practical, responsible, and centered on real workforce needs.

Why Contributors?

Great ideas come from people who feel free to share them.

The Workforce Intelligence Team is built on voluntary collaboration. Contributors are invited to share honest perspectives, practical experience, and thoughtful feedback that help Government Workforce Network strengthen workforce innovation through open dialogue and independent thinking.

Our goal is not agreement. Our goal is better ideas through logical, reasonable, and respectful collaboration.

Contributors

Meet our contributors.

Our contributor community is growing intentionally, guided by a human-centered, quality-over-quantity approach.
