Before submitting, please review this carefully. By moving forward, the contributor acknowledges that:

  • This is a voluntary, unpaid, optional contributor opportunity.
  • No employment, contractor, partnership, or compensation rights are created.
  • The contributor may submit only their name, title, and photo.
  • The Company may display the contributor’s name, title, and image on the website and in public-facing materials.
  • The Company does not collect additional personal identifiable information beyond what is voluntarily submitted for this purpose.
  • All contributions, ideas, suggestions, and materials become the exclusive property of the Company.
  • The contributor agrees to confidentiality, professional conduct, limitation of authority, and release of liability.
  • All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in California, USA.
For protection and approval control, submission of this form does not automatically place any person on the website. All submissions are subject to Company review and approval before any public posting.

Full Volunteer / Contributor Agreement & Liability Waiver

WORKFORCE INTELLIGENCE TEAM – VOLUNTEER / CONTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER (MAXIMUM PROTECTION VERSION)

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of submission, by and between Government Workforce Network LLC, a California limited liability company (“Company”), and the submitting individual (“Contributor”).

1. Voluntary Participation

The Contributor expressly acknowledges that participation is 100% voluntary, unpaid, optional, and non-obligatory. The Contributor confirms participation is undertaken of their own free will and without expectation of compensation.

2. No Employment or Contractual Relationship

The Contributor is not an employee, independent contractor, partner, agent, or joint venture participant of the Company. Nothing in this Agreement creates any employment, agency, contractor, partnership, or business relationship.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Contributor waives any claim to wages, benefits, compensation, employment protections, reimbursement, severance, or other economic rights arising from participation.

3. No Compensation or Economic Expectation

The Contributor understands and agrees that no salary, wage, stipend, reimbursement, retainer, commission, benefit, or future compensation will be provided, and no promise of future employment, placement, or paid opportunity is made.

4. Role Limitation and No Authority

The Contributor may participate in discussions, share ideas, support initiatives, and contribute insights.

The Contributor may not:

  • Represent the Company officially
  • Bind the Company legally or financially
  • Enter agreements on behalf of the Company
  • Make promises, guarantees, or commitments for the Company
  • State or imply that the Contributor has decision-making authority

5. Full Company Control

The Company retains sole and absolute authority over all decisions, operations, outputs, strategies, approvals, postings, publications, initiatives, and use of contributions. The Contributor has no decision-making authority.

6. Intellectual Property Assignment

All contributions, including without limitation ideas, suggestions, insights, concepts, drafts, materials, content, comments, strategies, and related work product, shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company.

The Contributor irrevocably assigns all rights, title, and interest in such contributions to the Company and waives any claim to ownership, authorship compensation, royalties, or other payment related to the Company’s use of those contributions.

7. Confidentiality

The Contributor shall not disclose, share, copy, or misuse any non-public information, internal discussions, strategic information, draft materials, or confidential information relating to the Company.

This confidentiality obligation is perpetual and survives termination of participation.

8. Non-Disparagement

The Contributor agrees not to make or publish statements or engage in conduct that could reasonably damage, disparage, or harm the reputation, goodwill, operations, or relationships of the Company.

9. Assumption of Risk

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the Contributor’s sole risk. The Contributor knowingly assumes any and all risks associated with participation.

10. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Contributor releases, waives, and discharges the Company, its founder, officers, directors, agents, representatives, volunteers, contractors, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, causes of action, losses, damages, costs, or expenses, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating in any way to participation.

This includes, without limitation, claims relating to personal injury, emotional distress, financial loss, reputational harm, indirect damages, consequential damages, or dissatisfaction with participation.

11. Indemnification

The Contributor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to the Contributor’s conduct, misrepresentation, violation of this Agreement, or misuse of Company information or branding.

12. No Guarantees

The Company makes no representations or guarantees regarding exposure, advancement, recognition, networking benefits, outcomes, placement, future opportunities, or career development.

13. Code of Conduct

The Contributor agrees to act professionally, ethically, respectfully, and in good faith. The Company may remove, reject, suspend, or discontinue participation at any time and for any reason, in its sole discretion.

14. Termination

This Agreement and participation may be terminated by the Company at any time, with or without notice, and without obligation of any kind.

15. Use of Name, Title, and Image

The Contributor expressly authorizes the Company to use, display, publish, reproduce, and distribute the Contributor’s name, title/role designation, and photograph/image in connection with the Company website, profiles, internal materials, public-facing materials, brand-related materials, and marketing content.

This authorization is granted voluntarily, without compensation, and remains in effect unless revoked in writing, subject to reasonable administrative removal timelines and any prior use already made by the Company.

16. Data Collection Limitation and Privacy Acknowledgment

The Contributor acknowledges and agrees that the Company only collects and retains the following information voluntarily submitted for this purpose:

  • Name
  • Title/role designation
  • Photograph/image

The Company does not request, collect, store, or maintain additional personal identifiable information for this contributor acknowledgment process, including addresses, identification numbers, banking information, financial information, or sensitive personal data.

Any information shared beyond the above is voluntary, not required, and not intended to be retained by the Company for this process.

17. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

The Contributor acknowledges that websites, hosting providers, form processors, file transmission systems, and other digital tools may involve third-party services. The Company is not responsible for failures, outages, external vulnerabilities, unauthorized third-party access, or third-party platform issues beyond its reasonable control.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Company arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Contributor’s participation shall not exceed zero dollars ($0.00).

19. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

20. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or participation shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in California, USA.

The Contributor waives any right to trial by jury, participation in any class or representative action, and any right to bring claims in another jurisdiction except where such waiver is prohibited by law.

21. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

22. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Contributor with respect to this subject matter and supersedes all prior oral or written discussions, understandings, or representations.

23. Acknowledgment

By submitting the form below, the Contributor confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Agreement, including the waiver, release, consent, property assignment, data acknowledgment, and dispute resolution terms.
